Had a flat in the rear tire of my truck. Called at 8AM asked if I could drop my truck off and it be ready by 5PM - they said yes for sure. I went to pick it up at 5:00PM and they told me "oh we forgot about it". NO call during the day or anything, horrible service and do not recommend this place.

Guys are awesome here. It is nice to have a trustworthy business to take our vehicles to. I have used them 4 or 5 times now for various things. This team is A+ . Thanks Guys!

Had appointment. Was told it would take hour and half. It took almost two and a half hours for an oil change and alignment. I was waiting in the lobby for my car. They didn't pull my car into the bay to start working on it for 40 minutes and had only done the oil change at the hour and a half mark. By the way, there was no coffee at all and it was a nasty, dirty beverage station with no beverages. I told them I needed to leave at a certain time to pick my child up from school and they said it was not a problem. The main manager tried to high five me when he told me they would get it done which was weird and inappropriate. I had to keep reminding them the entire time to make progress on my car since I was on a time schedule. Who knows how long it would have taken if I wasn't pestering them the whole time. They had to redo the alignment because the tech "forgot" to align the nose which put it past my needed departure time. They almost made me late to pick up my child. I had to race to the school. The whole experience was stressful and ridiculous and I will never take any of my four cars back to Firestone. The $20 off the manager gave me for customer experience can not make up for me almost leaving a child at school without a ride home. Unacceptable.

Went in to get a simple hose patch and tail light replacement. Parts in total should cost 40 to 50 dollars. So someone explain to me how it cost over $500....the customer service was fine. The technicians though are clueless. Since picking up my car yesterday it is leaking oil, my head gasket is leaking and now the whole front end of my Grand Cherokee hums and shakes. These people are completely clueless. Do not let them touch your vehicle. I would give half a star if I could. Go to your local ma and pa shop if you can. I'll never make this mistake twice.

Everyone was so helpful the manager Nate talked me through what they were going to do to my car and him and another guy that worked saturday morning kept me updated through out the process. I dropped my car off and had it back fixed and correct in a timely manner.
