Fast forward to one year later, we have since moved a few states away and our dogs are in for their yearly cleaning at another Banfield. We told them that the other Banfield had said that the smallest one needed two teeth pulled. After their cleaning we got a call letting us know that both dogs were good to be picked up, and neither one needed a tooth pulled. Seems that we right to be suspicious. Any company that would pull teeth from a dog just to make a profit is just sick.

They treat our little nervous pup here very well. Never have a problem!

I love the vets and vet techs here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We've only ever had pleasant experiences here. I'm not sure why it has such a bad rating. Prices are pretty comparable to other places but I feel like you get what you pay for. I only found one place that was much cheaper but it was pretty run down and you can't even go in the room with your pet or see them. Anyway, they are always quick to help when I call and are wonderful with our dog. They never try to get me to purchase anything unnecessary and always go over my options and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

If you are thinking of taking your dog to Banfield in the Medina Petsmart, I'd seriously consider going else where.

These folks are very responsive and seemed genuinely interested in my dog's care. I didn't feel pressured to purchase additional services. Thorough and convenient. I will take my dog there again for sure.

Horrifying. Made my cat's tail injury much worse due to poor, easily avoidable decisions, resulting in an expensive amputation. Twice picked my cat up to find him covered in his own, dried feces. Contacted Banfield for reimbursement for the amputation cost and the cost of the service where his injury was made worse, got denied. I've cancelled both of my OWPs for both cats and strongly recommend against using Banfield. ASPCA insurance covers more (90% reimbursement!) and can be used in more places -- get that instead.

We bought into their wellness plan and brought both our dogs in to have their teeth cleaned. While we were in they told us our littlest one would need two teeth pulled and it would cost approximately $300 extra dollars to take them out while she was under. We declined as they had made no mention of it before and we had just paid the fee for the wellness plan. Also we were a bit suspicious because from our very first visit to that location it felt like they were always just trying to upsell us.
