Our regular lady is usually fantastic and very careful. This mail guy was super rude and not wearing any clothing that let me know he was even from the post office just jeans and a t-shirt. THREW my box feet away from my porch which contained a mug that could have broken. I ran out and yelled at him and he ran to his truck and quickly sped off knowing he was in the wrong, came back minutes later thinking I wasn't looking outside, shoved the rest of my second package in my mailbox and sped off! And we have children playing on our street all the time! Careless. I do not pay for Amazon prime to have things delivered fast just to have the post office workers break them upon delivery to send back and wait longer for second same item!
Terrible regular driver.. speeds down driveway all the time.. leaves packages in snow when garage is open.. left package at mailbox out by the road.. was lost or stolen.. USPS sucks.
Moved to Illinois did a mail forward from Medina since I wrote my new township instead of my new city but wrote the correct ZipCode people at medina office changed the state of my forward mail to Kentucky to match the township I wrote as well as completely changing my Zipcode to a Kentucky zipcode.. lady on the phone just argued about how it was my fault and said that I wrote That I was moving to Kentucky and somehow I guessed a Kentucky Zipcode as well!! Hidden talent of mine I suppose??... I would avoid this location
Your typical post office. This one I believe only provides specific services. Never had a bad experience.
Sat Nov 7 2017 I received a damaged magazine. I would like the carrier NOT to bend my magazines. There was no other mail and plenty of room in my mail box. see attached photo.
