Was there yesterday, in the aquarium department was a young woman named Sarah. I was majorly impressed with her obvious work ethic, and knowledge of fish, their care, etc. I've been keeping fish for 30 years, and it's pretty rare to find someone like her in a chain store...she knows as much or more than I do! She spent extra time wiping tanks down too. Which meant to me that she takes pride in her department. Not only all of the above, but friendly and helpful too!

All of the workers here have wonderful knowledge of animals!! I've expeirenced nothing but good things here and learned all the correct things to do and not to do when caring for my pets! I have been to another pet store in medina, unfortunatly the workers do not have the same knowledge as these workers here! They're wonderful here!

Not enough people working in grooming. Three hours to groom a dog is ridiculous! Groomer had to keep stopping to answer phone, take care of walk/ins while my dog was left in the back yelping and whining.
