Excellent picture and sound. The auditoriums are kept clean. One of the best features is that the theaters are kept at a comfortable temperature. This is a very welcome change from 99% of other places I’ve been, which are normally freezing.
I would like to see a few more check ins from ushers during shows. Inconsiderate people on cell phones continues to be a problem and I’d like to see more policing to keep it down.
My old place of employment. Staff is extremely homey! Prices are a little high on concessions. It's always been that way though. Laura Mock (Mgmnt) is amazing! She's always very help and she's a breath of fresh air.
People are nice. Sun and Tue ticket prices are a good deal. I had a seat in theater 12, that was VERY uncomfortable. It didn't recline and the fixed seat back position is at a very bad angle for me. Maybe just that seat. My girlfriend was not bothered.
Went on Sunday so the tickets were discounted. Happy about that. Only complaint is the theater we were in was very hot. Turn the damn heat down.
Theater is good. Seats are packed in and would be nice to have recliners/reserve seats like other theaters around the area. Arcade is ok... Good games... Staff are very friendly so big positive. As always, concession is expensive. Clean theaters. Would recommend.
