we go to this place because it's much better than redbox!!! we NO Longer use redbox!! I LOVE FAMILY VIDEO!! I love picking out the movies, and the specials, and the girls, always let us know the specials!! and the deals going on. were airways greeted coming in and going. always asked if we need help.... that's what you can't get from a Box!! Customer Service with a Smile!!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
