Sat 1 hour and 30 to 45 minutes never got called ,they only have one person working front window and maybe one in the back !Take a number ! Can't make an appointment for certain things if you have to come back same process no front line no appointment unless it's something to do with applying for social security disability . I had to leave ,the office was full no seats left ,people leaving left and right. Really hope the county state does something about this because this is people's life , identity . Shouldn't have to be this difficult to get help !
I received a letter regarding my account which was unclear. I called our local Medina Office and spoke with Mr. Reed, who not only provided excellent service, but explained in detail what was not clear in the original document. In addition he found an error and corrected it immediately. Thank you Mr. Reed for being such an excellent customer service representative.

Impossible to get an operator or help manager. Even the audacity to tell individuals they don't have informed decision making qualifications. I have been trying to get an unresponsive payee removed for two years and the SSI reps. won't do a thing about it
