Biggest problem is their hours, which are much shorter than Walmart and othet neatby competition, especially at Christmas season. Good selection. Some isdues with quality but they are good about refunds.
My wife and I spent hours picking out a matching set of appliances. When everything came to be delivered the convection oven did not fit. I called the store and was put on hold forever waiting for a manager that never picked up the phone. After several attempts the next day the store manager was extremely rude and short with me, I asked for the number to corporate and he said “ I don’t know, try 1-800 Home Depot. I was able to to get the number corporate, completely different experience the district manager for Ohio was willing to help and see it through personally until the end! I would give him 5 stars. The only reason for 2 stars is the store manager in medina. Sales women, price, and selection were fine and they will price match

Returned a Special Order item & reordered a smaller version. Pete ,at the Customer Service desk, was proficient & friendly....went seamlessly.
Great stop for supplies for home renovations, repairs, and other home related issues. Staff is usually helpful, but I have often done just as well on my own. Garden section is adaquate and seasonal items are good as well.
