Eric was awesome!! This was by far the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had! I came in looking for a car as a surprise for my 16 year old son, It was so hassle free and painless. I normally hate car shopping but this was great!! They even helped me by keeping the car on the lot until we were ready to surprise him w it, and brought it to the restaurant we were at on a Sunday and had it parked perfectly in the lot w balloons inside!!! All of my dealing with this dealership have been positive! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The dealership is very clean and modern. If you are waiting for your car to be serviced, there are comfy chairs and snacks to enjoy. I highly recommend this Kia dealer!
If you ever need a car or help financing a car, go see Chad Emerson, That man worked his magic to put me in a brand new vehicle. He will go to bat for you. He thinks about you, he's not like those other sales associates that are just trying to get you in a car to get paid. No he's not like that at all. I would recommend him to anyone very personable, knowable, and actually works. He does have a good sense of humor as well. But seriously go see Chad Emerson my experience was fantastic and not scary at all.
